HOW MANY BROOKIES ARE IN A BOX AND WHAT IS ITS SIZE?

Each delicious box contains 9 large cut (2.3 x 2.0 x 1.0 inch) size Brookie.  The Brookie box is approximately 9 x 6 x 3 inches.

DO YOU BAKE YOUR BROOKIES FRESH TO ORDER?

Absolutely! all Brookies are baked to order to ensure that you get them as fresh as possbile.

HOW LONG BEFORE I GET MY BROOKIES ?

We process and bake your Brookies as soon as we receive your order which typically takes a day or two. As soon as our fresh Brookies leave the oven we ship them to you via USPS priority which takes about 2-3 days.  Total Delivery time for California is about 2-3 days and outside California is about 3-5 days.

DO YOU PROCESS ORDERS ON WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS?

We process and bake orders from Monday through Friday.  Orders received on a Friday will be processed and baked on Monday and will be shipped the next day.

We process orders on most holidays except on December 23, December 24, December 25, December 30, December 31, and January 1.  Orders received on those days will be processed and baked on the first business day coming out of the holiday.

WHAT IF I'M NOT HAPPY WITH THE BROOKIE I RECIEVED?

We want you to have the most satisfying Brookie experience and always strive to provide you with best service possible.  If for some reason, you are not happy with our product, PLEASE e-mail us directly at customercare@brookiebox.com. We will work with you to solve the problem to your satisfaction.

    These are remarkably good!!! They stayed fresh for days even after the package has been opened. Did not last long ... would definitely order again.

    I have tasted these from multiple bakery. This one from the Brookie Box is a mile ahead of everyone! Delicious. moist, and the sweetness level is just right. It never lasted for a day ... opened in the morning .... gone in the evening.
